Customer satisfaction matters to us. You may return or exchange your item under the following conditions.
1. Return Window
You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in new condition
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- In a condition suitable for resale
Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts cannot be accepted for return, and such requests may be declined upon inspection.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email shopifysiyar@gmail.com with your order number to request a return.
- Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging, undamaged.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed promptly if approved.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases where the item arrived defective, incorrect, or damaged, in which case we cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
If you'd like a different color or model, return your item per the conditions above and we'll ship your new item once the return is processed. If there's a price difference due to stock availability, we'll contact you first.
